I believe that most people are very self-aware and do not fully comprehend the power of their thoughts and feelings. This is a great trait for someone like me, who is prone to negative thoughts and feelings. I am a very positive person and find the most positive things within myself and others. However, I am also very aware of the negative.
While this can be challenging for me, most people are aware of this. However, you have to realize that these negative feelings are not from you and they are not the problem. The problem is that you are doing things that cause them to manifest in your life. These negative feelings and thoughts are actually the result of your actions. There’s only one way to truly understand the consequences of your actions, and that’s to stop doing them.
To be really honest, there are many people out there that do this, but I prefer to call it negative self-talk. Self-talk is the thought or words that you have internally that you’ve decided to tell yourself and to others. It could be as simple as: “I’m a bad person, and I’m not good at anything.
